- HRA Kalite performs all its services in accordance with the principles of confidentiality, impartiality and independence, and it is the responsibility of HRA Kalite management to ensure this.
- HRA Kalite takes commitments from all staff and committee / board members in order to ensure confidentiality, independence and impartiality in all its activities.
- "TS EN ISO / IEC 17020 General Criteria for the Operation of Various Types of Inspection Bodies", "TS EN ISO / IEC 17024 Conformity Assessment - General Conditions for Personnel Certification Bodies" and "TS EN ISO / IEC 17025 General for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories Conditions ”standards constitute our management system in full integration and while the conditions of each system are fulfilled separately, the system applied in common issues meets the requirements of all three standards.
- HRA Kalite is independent to the extent required by the conditions under which it carries out its services and meets the requirements of the Annex-A of the TS EN ISO / IEC 17020 Standard. HRA Kalite is an A Type Inspection body.
- HRA Kalite is committed to implementing the management system and ensuring continuous improvement. HRA Kalite fulfills its commitment by evaluating its effectiveness in ensuring consistent fulfillment of management system requirements through periodic internal audits and management reviews.
- All divisions of HRA Kalite serve independently and impartially. Providing service from one department does not affect the services provided by other departments either positively or negatively.
- In order to prevent the principles of impartiality and independence from being damaged, HRA Kalite will use its right to choose one of the services, but if the firm insists on its request, HRA Kalite declares that it will make risk analysis specific to the specified job, taking into account LS.309 Annex 1.
- All departments of HRA Kalite operate under a single company roof. Resources "belong to one company and are shared between departments to the extent of service provided, according to management strategy."
- HRA Kalite has established an organizational structure that is sufficient to carry out its activities, has established, implemented and maintains its quality system.
- Risks that may arise in case a person is appointed as a manager in more than one position in the organization chart are constantly kept under control. HRA Kalite is responsible for the performance of all personnel involved in its activities. In addition, it receives a commitment from all personnel that they will be impartial in their activities and positions.
- HRA Kalite Management undertakes that it will not allow commercial, financial and other pressures to be created on the organization and its personnel that would jeopardize impartiality and independence.
- In line with the principles of HRA Kalite independence and impartiality; He / she declares that he / she will not enter into a financial interest relationship under his / her names with the customer in any way, credit, debt, etc and therefore will not accept the illegitimate expectations of the customer, only demand the price of the service provided. It undertakes that it will not work with intermediary persons or institutions working for commission in order to get work.
- In case HRA Kalite is a member of a civil or commercial organization / institution for commercial purposes, it promises that it will never provide privileges / convenience etc. to the members of the relevant organization / institution.
- HRA Kalite does not share in misleading statements in order to prevent gaining interest within the scope of advertising and marketing activities, it constantly monitors the statements and informs its customers about the statements.
- HRA Kalite undertakes to comply with the terms of the contract concluded with the customer and which has legal validity.
- HRA Kalite keeps all the information obtained about the business and the customer during its work in accordance with the terms of the legally valid contract with the customer.
- HRA Kalite will not give all the information obtained about, business and customer to a third person or organization other than the persons or organizations specified in the contract without the written consent of the customer, unless there is a legal obligation; If the information needs to be shared with another institution due to a legal obligation, it declares that it will inform the customer about this situation.
- HRA Kalite, requires from its personnel,
  - Will not act biased in line with its potential interests with the customer (having close friends, relatives, job opportunities that may come from the customer to the staff, having previously worked together),
  - Receives a commitment to notify HRA Kalite when an offer is received from the customer in line with his financial interests (money, gift, travel opportunities, etc.). The personnel is informed that "if such situations are not notified to HRA Kalite and if they are proven, legal process will be initiated about them". A legally valid contract is signed with the members of the Board, which includes regulations including confidentiality and conflicts of interest.
- HRA Kalite takes a commitment from its staff that they will declare in advance if there is a problem with the customer in the past and declares that this personnel will not be included in the inspection / certification / testing activities of the customer. The staff is informed that "if such a situation is not reported and proven, the legal process will be initiated about it".
- HRA Kalite undertakes that the item inspected within the scope of inspection studies it will not be in the position of designer, manufacturer, owner or maintainer, or it will not be part of such a legal entity. In order to prevent the principle of neutrality from being damaged due to their relations with persons in this position, it receives a commitment from the personnel to act impartially in the examination works carried out in such organizations.
- HRA Kalite, personnel certification and inspection records are reviewed by the unit managers within the body of HRA Kalite in order to prevent the damage to objectivity due to the lack of objective evidence.
- HRA Kalite takes a commitment to act impartially and fairly to its personnel, applicants, candidates and certified persons involved in personnel certification activities.
- HRA Kalite undertakes not to restrict applicants based on any restrictive conditions (eg excessive cost, membership in a group, etc.).
- HRA Kalite undertakes that it will not unfairly impose difficult or preventive procedures for applicants and candidates to access.
- When the certification program requests training as a specified prerequisite, HRA Kalite undertakes to act impartially in the process of recognition / approval of the training and not to alleviate the evaluation and certification requirements.
- HRA Kalite undertakes to the applicant or the candidate that it will not demand the purchase of education / training services from HRA Kalite or a specific place as a precondition and that such a situation will not express or imply that certification will be simpler, easier or cheaper.
- In order to ensure confidentiality, information security and impartiality; HRA Kalite carries out personnel certification activities independent of training.
- HRA Kalite' s wage policy is independent of the amount of work done. HRA Kalite declares that it will not use the number of tests, inspections or certification studies to be performed as an incentive and pressure factor on the personnel and will not associate the income of the personnel with these studies.
- Transactions and accounts of HRA Kalite are subject to an independent audit. All records of HRA Kalite are audited and recorded by a certified public accountant.
- HRA Kalite has taken out Professional Liability Insurance against damages or risks that may occur against third parties within the scope of activities.
